I can't find where on your website to start the MicrosoftXP Online Print Wizard	The WindowsXP online print wizard is not launched from the FrogPrints website, but is within the WindowsXP operating system. Click Here to find out how to start the Online Print Wizard.
When I run the online Print Wizard I can't see FrogPrints as one of the vendors like the screen shot below	The location of your computer is not set to New Zealand. Some computers are shipped from other asian countries. Go into the control panel and find the regional setting screen and set the location to New Zealand as below.
I am selecting my pictures, but no option "Order Prints Online" is visible	Check that you have the Windows XP operating system. Try putting your images in the My Pictures directory Your images may be in a folder set to type "file". To change the type of folder, right-click anywhere in the folder and select "customize my folder" as below. From the drop down list box select either "Pictures" or "Photo Album" (see below) both of these types will activate the "Order Prints Online" option .
