I received my first photo book today and I am thrilled to bits. Not only did I do a reasonable job at putting it together but you all did a marvellous job and I got it less than 24 hours after your email saying it was on its way. Hi Team, I would like to pass on my thanks for an excellent service; I placed my order last Thursday evening, advised of it being dispatched yesterday, and it arrived on my doorstep before leaving for work this morning - fantastic! Although I was late for work (well, I had to have a look didn't I?!!), I am really, really pleased with the photobook and look forward to having more opportunities for producing more! Thank you so much - yes I got tired! I am happy with no text on these 2 pages. Page 38 - I did not notice but am happy to have it blank. I may collect signatures there. (It is my mother's 90th). I know some of the photos were not clear - but some are also very old. Thank you. I tried a few other sites before you and gave up on them. I'm not that computer savvy but your instructions and ease of use was wonderful, and I did get better as I went. (This was many hours of work and learning.)

Sam, here is the school photo with the names back on it and the logo moved over. THANKYOU sooooooo much for picking this up for me. You are FANTASTIC and I really appreciate it! It is because of this sort of service that I use frogprints AND in my wedding packs I recommend all my customers print via Frogprints. Believe me, there are other companies out there that I have used that would have seen the mistake and just run with it causing me a lot of time and money and anguish. Once again, thank you so much and have an absolutely wonderful rest of the day! Make sure you forward this on to your boss (unless you're the boss lol) so they can see what an excellent job you do and how much I really appreciate it!
